The proximity to the beach, Coligny Square and Park, and walking paths make this an ideal location. The staff make it easy and worry free. These things together made for a great vacation and introduction to Hilton Head Island.

This unit is in a very good location--Easy beach access and close to Coligny Plaza. I needed an affordable place, close to the beach, that will allow dogs. This one met our needes perfectly. It is a bit dated, but clean and everything worked.

Great location a short walk or even shorter bike ride to the shops and restaurants at Coligny Plaza. Short walk to the beach! Unit provides a good amount of space for a family of four. This unit is not very well updated or equipped with the best furniture but they allow furry friends and it’s a lower priced unit so all and all a good value in my opinion!

This unit needs work. The tile in the upstairs bathroom is broken and my daughter almost cut her foot. The washer/dryer unit does not work, neither does the ice maker. The unit needs paint and updating.

This place is all about location…maybe a 5 minute walk to the beach with access directly across the street. It’s also the perfect walking distance to Coligny Plaza. You won’t find any attention to detail inside, but it was comfortable enough. Looks just like the pictures.

Not a bougie stay, but was nice for the stay. The washer/dryer combo never fully dried small load after hours of running. Also, providing coffee filters that go with the coffee machine would have been nice and early morning trip to the store is not what I enjoy on vacation. But the walk to the beach is short, the condo was clean, and the mini foosball coffee table was a hit with my kids.
