Location is perfect to beach and shopping.

Location is great, quiet, has everything you need. Not against using it again if they get new beds. They're worn out.

I really wanted to love this stay — the property itself is clean, cozy, and in a great location — but the experience fell apart on the communication side. We spent over an hour trying to find our unit due to unclear and outdated check-in instructions, and once we finally got in, we discovered debris in the bed sheets, which required a housekeeping visit the next morning. The Wi-Fi info was inaccurate, and the manager had to connect us manually to the operations network. To top it off, I never received the pool fob but may still be charged $100 for it. As someone who works in the hospitality industry, I was genuinely hoping this stay would showcase how direct bookings can offer a better, more personal experience — but unfortunately, it didn’t deliver. Beautiful place, but serious improvements are needed in guest communication and arrival details before I could recommend it.

In short - if you are on a tight budget and all you need is a safe, clean, mostly very quiet place to sleep so you can be on the beach all day, this is fine. But if you like hotel quality amenities or have higher accommodation standards, this isn’t for you. Pros Incredible location. Direct access to the beach, a short walk to Coligny plaza. Moos ice cream is perfection. The unit was truly clean Vacasa responsive to back flow of drain water from tub and sink Mattresses were comfortable TVs worked well but better to watch in bedroom with pillows propped on the mirrored wall. Neighborhood/community is very quiet and respectful Elevators worked Cons Budget, cheap, economy level rental- felt like an RV with walls. Plastic dinnerware that we could not microwave. Big Lots/temu furnishings and supplies? Everything is mini - room so small bed pushed against the wall and has one access point. Plumbing is goofy - a pro likely wasn't used for renovations Unit is near the road and entry gate. Daily 7:30am dumpster emptying serves as your alarm

Perfect location, we enjoyed our stay! Comfy beds, walking distance to all the shops and some restaurants. Great for a family of 4. Loved being able to walk a short distance to the beach. We will be back!
