Fridge door would not close-had it been cleaned the cleaners would have reported it supposedly. We had to wait 48 hours for that to be fixed which is unacceptable. This issue alone was very frustrating and time consuming. Lock on front door was extremely difficult-had to send videos and my husband stayed behind to wait for repair man, assuming it had to be fixed. This IS NOT something you want to deal with on vacation. The upstairs sink drained very slowly-we reported this and no one ever came out . Washing machine rubber lining was filthy with mold.

BLACK MOLD in washer has been left so long it permeates the entire upstairs, terrible WiFi, broken appliances, two singles instead of a king, broken blinds block no light in the bright morning sun so you are getting up at daybreak, zero complimentary supplies like trash bags or paper towels, the sinks don’t drain properly
