Dreamy Villa island getaway with pool,tennis & balcony

The condo was amazing. Had everything we needed. Location to beach and shopping was great.

This was the first time staying at this particular condo but we have stayed at many others over the last 15 years and this one had the best location so far. The tennis courts were great and the condo was really nice and clean. The only reservation I had was the pool is closed at dusk unlike all the other condos we have stayed at we could do some night swimming after the nightly beach walk.

Pros: Location is very good, walking distance to Coligny. Parking awesome Bed sofas and chairs are very comfortable The master bedroom on the upper floor is huge and very private Elevators and luggage carts make moving in/out easy Cons; It’s obvious the owner is unwilling to do anything unless it’s mandatory (we went 5 weeks without a dishwasher while they waited on a part, although we were compensated it was frustrating and kinda ridiculous and the window seals are all broken so the windows are foggy) Being right next to celebration park means extra noise The appliances and hvac are noisy

While the pictures look amazing don’t let them fool you. We arrived to goldfish still on the floor along with sand from the previous renters. Most to all of the dishes in the cabinets were dirty. The doorbell in the outside of this unit actually electrocuted me when I rang it also make sure to pull the door twice as hard as it wouldn’t shut. Also with small children I would not also my kids on the balcony because they could fit right between the railings. The dryer would not dry out clothes and for a family of 7 a washer and dryer is a MUST for us. I was very disappointed as Vacasa was not very helpful. It took a day to send someone out and it was not fixed. I didn’t want to take time out of my vacation to keep contacting them so we hung the clothes up around the villa which was ridiculous. I will not recommend this place to anyone. It’s not like this is my first time staying in Hilton Head. I have been coming here since I was a kid even had my Honeymoon here and never had a worse stay than this one.

Great location! Super clean. Short walk to the beach. Beds were super comfortable and bedrooms were spacious. Actual place a bit dated but unit was nicely updated. Great pool area and tennis/pickle ball courts. The playground right behind the unit was awesome, my kids had a blast! There were beach chairs and toys was a huge plus. CONS: the kitchen had only 4 forks to use, not a huge deal but a little annoying when we had five people. The outside of the unit is not marked with unit numbers so it was a little tricky at first to find our unit. Not handy cap accessible to the pool(we had a baby carriage that we had to carry down the stairs). The first floor shower handle and spout were just about coming out of the wall. We called Vacasa to fix and they did take a little bit to come and fix it but eventually did. All in all very happy with our stay and the unit. Would definitely rent again!

This is a wonderful condo in a great location where we could walk to most of what we wanted to do. When we go back in the future, we will definitely look into if this condo is available again. Thank you.
