Golf-course view condo with central AC, free WiFi & shared pool - walk to beach

This is a comfortable and well-equipped condo, perfect for our month-long stay. It's in a great location, within walking distance to the beach, and we appreciated the beach chairs made available by the owner. Our various guests were impressed, too.

Thanks for a great vacation spot! Loved the location and little extras that the owners provided. We will definitely rent here again.

Had thanksgiving with 6 adults (3couples). Each room has a private bath and comfortable beds, linens, pillows. Shower amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) extra nice. Very well stocked kitchen which allowed us to easily cook a thanksgiving meal without any missing items. Proximity to beach at The Greens always a plus.

Every thing was great, our family loved the place

My family has vacationed to HHI for at least 22 -24 years. 125 The Greens is by far our best experience. We have stayed in Colonade, Evian, The Greens, The Sonesta. The location in shipyard, the condo itself, the 3 bedrooms that had King and QUEEN Beds, with 3 baths, the decks with outdoor patio furniture and propane grill, the entrance , parking, bike racks, and the fact the owner had beach chairs, boogie boards and sand buckets! The water pressure in baths, the water itself, all were good. Loved that it was close to the road to the beach. Appliances, clean towels,sheets and bedding..all were impeccable.

This ia a beautiful home in a great location I would’ve given it a five out of five however we had some issues with the housekeeping. A little too late in the evening, we noticed that the master bed had its covers on, but there were no sheets underneath and no spares to be found. Also many of the pillows in the other rooms had pillowcases too small for the pillows. Management did give us sheets in the morning. We had some problems with the coffee maker, but after some trials we were able to descale it. Unfortunately, we discovered too late that the dishwasher utensil holder was incredibly gunked up, which may be the reason why the dishes weren’t getting clean and it was not something I could clean. The other thing is, I would let people know that there’s only one dish towel in the kitchen .. how to make everyone help clean up when there’s only one. I say these things mainly because if I was the owner I would want to know if my home was being taken care of..this home is beautiful and in a perfect location. We loved using the pool and being able to have access to the beach and ride bikes along the paths.
