Cozy condo with pools, hot tub, tennis, gym & beach access

We arrived to find the property in very poor condition — what appeared to be feces on a bathroom mat, a backed-up kitchen sink, mold and grime on the shower curtain, stains on the living room couch, and a strong stale odor throughout. The dishwasher reeked when opened, and the back patio door lock felt insecure for a ground-level unit. While the host has made some minor cosmetic upgrades — like freshly painted cabinets and a new countertop — the deeper neglect is obvious. The complex itself looks old and unkept, with rust, dirt, and general disrepair. Inside, fans and fixtures were coated in dust, and even the towels were stiff and unusable. It’s clear there’s little real effort to maintain or clean between guests. The property was also noisy, with loud guests in nearby units, making it difficult to rest. We reported all issues immediately with photos, but management only said they’d “suggest a deep clean to the owners.” No apology, no resolution. This listing does not meet VRBO’s standards for cleanliness or maintenance and should be reviewed for guest safety and habitability concerns.

Great stay. Perfect getaway.

We needed a quick getaway. This condo was perfect. It was a short walk to the beach. There is a restaurant right on the beach. The condo has everything you need including cooking utensils etc. It's an hour and 20 minutes from Tybee if you want to visit Savannah/Tybee as well. We loved the snack gift bag that was there for us from Vacasa that was a nice touch. Thanks Vacasa.

The home was perfect for our family of 4. We came into a very clean home, we enjoyed the close approximity to the beach and we enjoyed the time in the home as it was relaxing. Thank you for the great family memories.
