Private beach access is just across the street, and in a 5-minute walk, your feet will hit the sand. Plus, there are six beach chairs and a beach cart that are provided as a bonus. Enjoy exclusive access to a beachfront cabana (restrooms) - so no need for anyone to leave the beach. When you're done for the day the cabana also has a foot wash. Take a dip at one of two saltwater pools or relax and enjoy the picturesque view of the lagoon from the deck, which includes a patio umbrella and seating. Watch your favorite TV shows in the living room. The property features free WiFi and cable with access to a desk workspace with monitor. *New for 2026 the home has been equipped with a whole house dehumidifier. Easy walking distance to the beach, with an accessible cabana (bathrooms) just for this complex. You get the convenience of beachside without the upcharge. I also liked the turtle swimming in the lagoon right outside the balcony. Very cool. Condo was as advertised. Well stocked kitchen. Easy check in and check out.

Perfect condo for family of 3 during Christmas. 5 min walk to the beach. Close to shopping and restaurants. Beds were comfortable and condo was clean. Suggestion- update patio furniture outside for comfort. I also wish the pond was clean and pretty, but that seems like a property issue, not the unit itself.

We enjoyed our stay at this home. It was very clean and cozy, and stocked with what we needed. The right size for two couples who enjoyed a birthday retreat. Booking was easy. Great location. Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. The shops, grocery store, & restaurants aren’t a far walk either. Since we went in November the island wasn’t busy, and the weather was perfect. Be sure to visit Sea Pines Forest Reserve. Will book again and again.

This unit was very clean, no complaints there at all. The beds were pretty good overall and there were plenty of towels. You will need to bring dishwasher soap if you plan on using dishes. They only provided 2 pods which doesn't work well if you are cooking. I did appreciate they had a stainless steel pan and not all the non-stick stuff, there just wasn't much of it. There also wasn't enough toilet paper to last when there are 6 of you. Minor things I understand, just a heads up for the next family.
