This villa is located on the first floor for easy access to and from the on-site amenities that include a shared pool to take a dip when the weather heats up. Plus, you will be a short walk to the beach. The main bathroom has been recently remodeled! This villa also features a beautiful sunroom overlooking the golf course with ample seating, so sip a favorite cocktail in style as the sun goes down. Plus, movie nights will be a breeze with the DVD player and TV. This property's license number is 25527. the placw was clean, comfortable, and well stocked.

The home was comfortable and clean. Access to beach was a little tricky, had to walk quite a bit to even figure out where to go. The Islander Beach was nearby with visitor parking (free in late September), looked like visitor parking was quite limited. The WiFi was spotty. Lots of games and books in the unit.

Condo was spacious and comfortable. Every bedroom had a bathroom, which was perfect for our family. Internet was sketchy, but no fault of rental agent. Easy check in/out. Close to beach. I could not get dishwasher to work and maintenance did respond quickly. I still could not get dishwasher to work, but maybe that’s my lack of knowledge with this model. Really the only issue was the humidity level in the condo was high and clothes, towels, bedding were damp. Might need humidifier. Overall, this is a great condo and we will stay there again.

I loved the location. The area it was in. Everything was around you and you didn’t have to travel far to go to places. You could get on a bike or walk. The beach access was just around the corner and you didn’t have to pack your vehicle and travel to the beach.

We loved our stay there. Spacious bedrooms, beautiful living room, but the best part were the three porches, one screened and covered. As the weather was quite rainy , we made use of the latter a lot. The view from it is very serene and peaceful. Also loved that the beach was only a short 5 minute walk away.
