Updated, ground-floor island condo with pools, hot tub & tennis - steps to sand

Convenient to rhe Folly Beach area. Good mid-island location. Neat clean. All necessary amenities in good working order. Have stayed in this rental two years in a row. Reasonably priced.

They had everything you could want and more!! (Beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, toys, blender, towels, so many extras!!! Laundry detergent, hand soap in each bathroom, dish soap, spices, aluminum foil, pickle ball paddles and balls, everything!!!)

This is the fourth time we’ve stayed in fiddlers Cove. Each time, we’ve stayed in a different unit. This unit was very close to the beach gate, and the large pool. A quick four block walk through a residential neighborhood gets you to Folly Field Beach. The unit was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, paper, towels, and toilet paper. We would have appreciated some larger sized bath towels. The unit provided everything we needed. Nice touches included, beach towels, beach, toys, beach coolers. This unit did not have a beach wagon, but we had brought our own. We did have some difficulty dealing with Vacasa. It took seven or eight tries with our door code to get the door to open. We called for assistance, and were given a code to a key box. Even the key would not work properly in the door. We contacted Vacasa again and we were told that someone would come out to help us. After 2 1/2 hours, a gentleman showed up, complaining that we pulled him away from a friends memorial service. He proceeded to give us a lecture on how the salt and sand of a beach community can damage a door lock. But, he was no help in fixing the problem. He told us that someone would come back in the morning. We didn’t leave the condo that evening for an We didn’t leave the condo that evening for a fear of being locked out. Around 9 AM the next morning, we called again. The representative that we spoke with was under the assumption that the lock had been fixed the night before. when the representative assured us that someone would come, we packed up to leave for the day. A few hours later, I got a phone call, asking if we were there to let the repair man in the unit. After the repair man went to the office to retrieve a key, he replaced the entire lock unit, and all was good after that.

Up to date furnishings and facilities. Very clean!!! Easy five minute walk to ocean at Folly Beach. Folly Beach is a good central island location with quick access to all HHI activities.

Owner super on everything. Everything met our needs and more! Great instructions for the remotes! Air conditioning super. Big refrigerator and great pantry. Upgrades beautiful. Just don't book when we want to come back!!!

This is the best apartment I have ever lived in. It is comfortable, clean, warm and very good in everything.
