Village House 106 is a lovely two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa so close to the beach! Located in the Village House in Port Royal Village, this villa is well maintained and decorated with a light and airy touch. This well-appointed and tastefully furnished retreat creates a comfortable and relaxing environment for either a vacation or a long-term rental. Great location only a few minutes walk to the beach, pool, and Westin. Enter the building through the lobby and take the elevator to the first level. The keyless entry system on the front door of the condo makes direct check-in and check-out a breeze. You are greeted by the luxury vinyl plank hardwood floors throughout, the tasteful décor, comfortable furnishings, and TVs in every room! The living room has a sleeper sofa and loveseat, a TV, and balcony access for enjoying the serene sounds of the village. The fully-equipped kitchen has newer appliances, stone counters, and everything needed for preparing daily meals. The dining area is just off the kitchen and has a table and six chairs. The main bedroom has a king bed, flatpanel TV, and a private renovated bathroom with a glass-enclosed walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has two queen beds, a flatpanel TV, balcony access, and access to a renovated hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo. The Village House is a multi-story building with lobby entry (lobby locks after hours for security) and offers an unassigned community parking lot and access to a shared community pool. We love this unit. The owner clearly takes pride in stocking it for a wonderful stay. However, We were very disappointed in Dwell. Communicated frequently with them during the stay. We had to manage a consistent leak in ceiling panel. It was discovered the AC unit needed replaced. As a result, water was constantly dripping from many spots in the panel. This was for 5 days of our stay. We had concern over the wood floors, so throughout the day, we replaced pans collecting water and we wiped up floors. Additionally, when the maintenance person initially came out, water poured everywhere. We used towels to clean it up but the washer was not working correctly to wash them. The washer would get stuck mid cycle and not spin or drain. We were told the unit is new and it must be due to sand. However, no one came out to address the issue. We had not put sandy things in the washer. The washer did not work properly for the entirety of our stay. The water pressure was non-existent, and when talking with other people in other units, they did not have this issue. Dwell told us it is not their fault the owner has not kept up with the AC unit and we needed to just keep handling the water. This statement demonstrates their lack of professionalism and care for the properties they oversee. We have previously stayed in this beloved unit with Goode and Vacasa. Any issues were immediatly addressed.

The unit local is very ideal close to the beach. Unit is getting dated. Be careful if you have problems local property management was unresponsive to our issues. I should not need to run out and purchase a remote to operate the TV. Bedrooms were nice and comfortable.

We enjoyed our time at this home. 10-15 min walk to the beach. Comfortable and clean. Just what we needed for our get away. Get clarity on where the shared pool is. We had no idea.
