Clese to the beach and quiet and cosy

Layout's good. Kitchen is good. The furniture is mostly fine (and old, but who cares ) with the exception of the master bedroom mattress (Super lumpy and uncomfortable) and some of the drawers are falling apart/broken. Washer and dryer are really nice to have and work well. The place needs a general once over with a few key items replaced.

Very nice stay. Comfortable condo. A/C shutdown, Vacasa staff member was out within a few hours to fix it. Notified staff of an outside stair light part of the general grounds that was out for the entire two weeks. No light on the landing of the switchback stairway leading to the second story front door, extremely dangerous, make sure to take a flashlight. Never had to speak with a Vacasa agent during the booking, arrival, or checkout and everything went smoothly. Parking is at a premium at this particular location, you may have to park at an adjacent complex within a 100 yard walk.

Great space and location! 10 minute walk to the beach. 2 minute walk to the pool. The property could stand an update or two, but totally functional and priced well, imo. Worked perfect for our family. Thanks again!

We have vacationed in hilton head multiple years and this is by far the worst experience we've ever had. Furniture was stained and outdated. No proper sheets for the pullout bed. When we went to wash clothes for the first time, we could clearly see that the washer was broken and we called right away and it was never fixed or even given an update. The walls were scratched and stained and the blinds on the windows were broken and we also called about that as well. The stove was dented and pillows were all stained. At first glance, things looked in order but when you really looked around, all you can see was old, broken, and stained furniture and appliances. Only positive was the location to the beach.
