Sea Pines Home on 18th Hole of Atlantic Dunes with Private Pool & New Deck 2 DogsOK

Vacasa has a great staff and works well with the customer. The property was in a great location and shows wear but nothing was a big surprise. Past problems identified in reviews seem to be addressed and were not an issue during our almost 3month stay. The biggest surprise were all the golf balls in the dirt in the backyard. Yes, it is located on the 18th hole at Atlantic Dunes. A great place to see the golfers at play.

The location is fantastic, close to the beach and golf course. The house is showing its age and needs a facelift. The family room furniture is beyond worn out and is uncomfortable. One of the bedrooms needs headboards. The cookware needs replacing.

Beautiful home with plenty of space! Great location but certain things were surprising. All those sliding glass doors and only one worked. The pool wasn't cleaned between visits and some of the lights outside didn't work.

The house was in a great location. The walking/bike trails were right across the street. There were some great outside spaces at the house. The patio and pool area were nice and secluded, and the deck around back was the definition of relaxing. The house itself was well stocked and very spacious with a great layout.

The property is conveniently located to the beach access and all the amenities of Sea Pines. Parking at the house was on a concrete drive with plenty of space. The layout of the home is great with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a large foyer, a large galley kitchen with pantry and laundry areas. The kitchen has a pass thru to the large dining room. The living room is spacious with furnishings that are not fancy but very adequate. Each bedroom has multiple beds and a full bath. WiFi is great and there are TVs in each of the bedrooms and the living room. The home is pet friendly and one level with easy entry which were all necessary for our family. The brick foyer is so practical for wet/sandy feet. The pool is small but great for relaxation and there is plenty of seating around the pool. The deck overlooking the golf course has plenty of seating and includes one table suitable for outdoor dining. There is also gas grill. The deck is under a beautiful canopy of trees-just make sure to bring your insect repellent. I've never seen a kitchen in a rental more fully stocked with all appliances in good working order. The furnishings were not fancy but quite adequate. The house does have serious plumbing issues that were evident immediately. Vacasa was great in their response when the plumbing issues became a plumbing emergency. We would definitely stay at this property again once the plumbing issues are fully addressed and repaired.

This house was in a perfect location— a quick bike ride to the beach and only about a seven minute walk. We also biked to Harbourtown, colony, and South Beach with no issues. Our kids loved the pool and the house was stocked with many amenities that were useful. We loved the beach chairs, and the appliances were also fairly new. Overall great stay and will definitely consider staying at this rental again!!
