Pretty condo & good space for our group of 6 & our dog. Plenty of dishes, pots & pans, and parking. I wish we could have used the out door area but the humidity w/ standing water made it a mosquito haven. Not much a homeowner can do about that except maybe screen in the porch if allowed by HOA. The house itself is comfortably furnished, plenty of beach chairs, outside games supplied in upstairs walk-in attic. It was nice place for us & would stay again.

Be cautious when booking this property. While the structure and layout of the home is beautiful it has not been well maintained. There were baby roaches, spiders and cobwebs inside the home (particularly in the upstairs bedroom). Additionally, the microwave was dirty. Come prepared to clean this property. Vacasa was semi responsive and sent a staff to remove the cobwebs.

I love that the king bed suite had a comfortable bed, a huge walk-in shower and double vanity, a huge closet with plenty of room for luggage. The other beds and baths were very nice, too. The living room was beautiful with lots of light. Very quiet and private, but close to the beach and close to great restaurants.
