Modern home on 7th fairway with private pool & porch - near shopping & beaches

This home was perfect. Perfect in SO many ways for our trip! There were few, minor things that would have made it 10/10 but honestly, it’s a solid 9/10 - with the price point of this home and what we received, id give it a 9.5/10. Positives: 1). House and property was gorgeous 2). House was as described and the pictures don’t do it justice. 3). Many included amenities (toiletries, towels, etc.). 4). The golf course we were on didn’t seem that busy - so much privacy with the yard. 5). The pics done show large bushes separating the backyard from the golf course but they are there! They allow for so much more privacy than the pics show. 6). Pool was gorgeous and clean 7). Rooms were spacious 8). Beautiful tall ceilings 9). The neighborhood was gorgeous - beautiful old trees - so scenic! Room for improvement: (SO minor) 1). Wasps/hornets in backyard - lots of hives/nests - some even appeared to be going into the grass. It’s outdoors - nature. I get it! They didn’t bother us too much but in case anyone’s allergic, it would just have been better to not have to have several hives 2). Beds were comfortable enough, but pillows were flat and not really any spares. It’s too hard to travel with my own pillows. 3). Bedding and pillows were stained - we could tell they were cleaned but still stained. Same as some of the furniture in the home 4). NO seasonings or anything in the house - no salt or pepper even. It made it hard to cook in the beautiful gourmet kitchen when the staples weren’t provided. Overall, I would stay in this house over and over again. So beautiful and definitely worth the money!

It’s truly a shame, as this home could be great. Unfortunately, it was anything but. The amenities were not as advertised. The pool was filthy and unsafe, despite 3 different attempts by the pool company to clean it. The gas grill was unusable and unsafe, as it was rotted through to the rusted, malfunctioning gas tank underneath. Many of the pans in the kitchen were also unusable and unsafe due to heavy rust and chipping of nonstick surfaces. The dryer was broken. The washer was broken too, but the owner was aware from previous tenant and replaced it on the second day of our stay. The wine refrigerator was broken/didn’t cool. The shelves in the kitchen refrigerator were cracked and some drawers couldn’t even be closed. Some of the televisions weren’t set up properly so we couldn’t use them. The doorbell didn’t work and the front porch light cover fell off (luckily none of us were standing underneath it when it dropped.) There were multiple hornet nests along the front and back of the home. Even though we reported everything to Vacasa on day one, issues still weren’t resolved by day 3, so we left after finding a different place on the island to stay for the remainder of our vacation.

This property for the most part provided all the amenities we needed. The furniture needs some upgrading but overall we had a good experience.

This beautiful home was perfect for our family of 12!

The house was well maintained and very nice all the way around. The bedrooms were spacious and all bathrooms were very nice. We loved open floor plan so everyone could be together. It has a covered back patio for shade or possible rain.
