Sunny & bright home near the beach with private pool & furnished deck

This was fantastic for my family. My wife and I rented this for a wedding for a couple nights. We had my mother, four adult children with their spouses, and 4 grandkids (all 5 years old or younger) and it was fantastic. Everyone had their own space and bathroom, and the two large spaces to be together were great.

The location of the home couldn't be beat, and it had great amenities with plenty of space for a multi-family trip.

Loved the location, Layout of the house. The house is stylishly decorated and very comfortable. Plenty of room for family and parking. Home was clean and had everything you would need. Hope to come back again soon!

The house was great. There was plenty of room for all of us and it was very close to the beach.

Our family had 10 adults meeting together for vacation. The house was great for our group! We had plenty of space...everyone had their own bedroom and bath! We enjoyed the 2 living room areas, with space to spread out...watch different shows/read/talk. Having the small extra refrigerators upstairs was very helpful for drinks and extra food items. The path to the beach was great --no road to cross...and it was mostly shaded which was nice on these hot days. We took wagons and all the beach stuff down that way. We also enjoyed the pool area. It's a little tight...but a nice addition. The only problem we experienced was the oven was not working. The burners did work...but we could not heat the big or little oven. We try to cook almost all of our meals in and had to change some of our plans. After looking deeper at reviews, I realized this has been an ongoing problem and was disappointed that Vacasa did not give us a heads up before hand. We are still waiting to hear if there will be some compensation.

Overall this is a beautiful, large home in a wonderful location. We had 10 people and there was plenty of space. We loved having the extra upstairs living room. The kitchen layout was nice, although we went out for dinner every night so we were only using it for breakfast and lunch. We love having our own pool, and it was a good size. The location is perfect. The walk to the beach was on a beautiful, mostly shaded path, and was about 5 minutes. The beach in this area is not crowded, even during the busiest time of the summer. There were a few minor issues with the house - poor wifi on one side of the house, needs a new dryer, and a couple other minor things. But overall I would stay here again.
