This Sea Pines vacation rental is located near the Harbour Town Links Golf Course, home of the famed RBC Heritage tournament, with convenient access to waterfront shopping and dining. Additional resort activities include trail rides through Lawton Stables, marina activities at Harbour Town or South Beach , dining, shopping, kayak rentals, and miles of bike paths. Whether you're looking for the ideal golf getaway or a family fun vacation spot, Lighthouse Villas 1082 is the ideal choice for everyone. RESORT AMENITY -Pool This property's license number is 26811. THINGS TO KNOW *Phase 2 of the Lighthouse Lane Infrastructure Improvement Project is scheduled to begin in early May 2025, and is estimated to continue through June 2025. Planned work will be conducted Monday-Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, excluding major holidays. Weekend and overnight work may be necessary but will be communicated in advance. Heavy machinery and construction vehicles will be traveling to and from the project site. Single-lane road closures and flagging operations will be in place daily, weather permitting. Temporary full lane closures may be required at times. Motorists should expect traffic delays, traffic detours, and be prepared to share the road with bike riders and pedestrians. Sidewalks in the project area will be closed as needed. Pedestrians and bike riders should expect delays and be prepared to stop and follow detours. For safety, bike riders will be required to dismount and walk bikes around the active work zones. Please also note that Harbourtown golf course will be closed from May 10th through mid November for maintenance.
Please be aware that the Plantations and Condominium Complexes do not allow trailers, motor homes, motorcycles and/or recreational vehicles and rooftop cargo (i.e. Kayaks, Canoes etc.) other than car top Carriers. Electric bikes are not permitted in the Plantations.

This condo convent to Harbor Town and had a nice view from the patio.
We love this lovely property for our short island getaway. It is very clean and has all the basics. It is convenient to the bike/walking path.
Stayed here for 3 nights. Cute little place with all the amenities you need. Just a short bike ride away from Harbor Town.
Our stay at Stoney Creek 268 was absolutely lovely. The villa was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly located — just a short walk to Harbour Town and all that Sea Pines has to offer. Easy access to golf, tennis, and the beach made it ideal for a relaxing getaway. We especially enjoyed the marina area, with its charming restaurants, boutiques, and scenic boat tours — including dolphin cruises around the surrounding keys. The setting is peaceful, with greenery all around and a pool nearby. Check-in was seamless, and Vacasa’s communication was excellent throughout. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a touch of coastal charm.
This unit is in a fantastic location in Sea Pines with a gorgeous Marsh view. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Plenty of towels, shower great pressure. The condo had a loft bedroom, plenty of closet space. Countertops updated granite. Newer carpet looked clean. Furniture is white in living area, the chair could use a steam clean as it looked a little dirty. Great TVs, nice Cold AC. Kitchen stocked fully with plenty of ports and pandas, dishes and utensils. We did not cook so didn’t use most of them.l, but they looked newer. Plenty of glasses and mugs too. Some of the furniture/lamps are a little dated but the sofas were comfortable with lots of room to relax and enjoy the view, and plenty of lighting. The bedroom looks more up to date. The half bath is tiny, wishing the door opened out as it was a tight fit for me closing the door. There’s a towel bar on the inside of the 1/2 bath door - it is missing the horizontal bar so not sure why the supports are still on the door. The patio chairs and table are old, didn’t use them. Loved having the area outside front door to store our rental bikes. Parking so convenient right outside the front door. The condo looks exactly like the photos so no surprises other than the kitchen vent. They should really clean around it. The location is super convenient to Harbor town, easy walk or bike ride. Love staying in Sea Pines with all the bike paths and amenities and mile of beach - love bike riding on the beach. We go to HHI just about every year and this central location is our favorite. Convenient to Dining, shopping and activities. The price for location is a bargain! We would stay here again. Vacasa is very easy to book through. Def recommend, this is our second time renting through them. Thanks for a great mini 4 night vacation.
