The property is fine, nothing special. Beware the upstairs is very hot and we were unable to sleep at the property.

Right on! This beach house was a total dream and definitely a 5-star experience. Seriously, the ocean views were insane – Waking up to waves and coffee with that scenery? Pure magic. The place itself was super clean and styled perfectly, with everything you'd need in the kitchen. The beds were comfy, too, which is always a win. Direct beach access was a game-changer, making beach days a breeze. The host was awesome – great communication and super helpful. They really made sure our stay was perfect.

This is our second year at 1301 Shipmaster. We love the pool in walking distance. And our kids love the bunk beds. Cable is great. We definitely noticed a difference in last year and think it could use some updating. The front gate gets stuck often. Upstairs sliding door in guest room gets stuck. The dryer takes hours to dry a load. Upstairs is very hot— box fans are provided though. There are lots of wasps in the pool toy shed. Needs some TLC but overall a great family vacay!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Shipmaster 1301. There was plenty of room for our family of 5! The kitchen was stocked with everything we could have needed. The house was clean & comfortable! We rented bikes and felt this was the perfect location to the beach & shopping/dining! We will absolutely stay here again!

Great location just steps from the pool, close to the leisure path, and very easy access within Shipyard Plantation. Roomy casual family room and dining area. We enjoyed having breakfast/coffee and snacks/drinks on the patio.
