For pool heating requests, please notify us at least 7 days prior to your check-in date, as the pool requires sufficient time to heat properly. Please note that pool heating is available for an additional nightly fee. Kindly contact us for the exact pricing. Late pool heating requests are subject to approval and availability. If the outside temperature falls below 55°F, the pool may not be able to maintain a warmer temperature. Refunds will not be provided if the pool or spa does not reach the desired temperature but is still actively heating. Pool heat is available seasonally from September 1 through May 25 only. Please be aware that the Plantations and Condominium Complexes do not allow trailers, motor homes, motorcycles and/or recreational vehicles and rooftop cargo (i.e. Kayaks, Canoes etc.) other than car top Carriers. Electric bikes are not permitted in the Plantations.
