This is my second visit to this villa and I hope to visit it again. It's well appointed and extremely convenient for pretty much everything.

I'd like to start by saying the condo itself is nice, and the location is wonderful. We were close to the beach, Coligny and the lowcountry playground (which was great for our little family). The condo was clean as well. Unfortunately, we encountered A LOT of issues during our stay. Not that this can be helped, but the renters above us caused TONS of noise at all hours of the day and night. So badly it woke up our toddler multiple times and caused us to sleep badly every night. I'm sure this would depend per renters and weeks but it impacted our trip very negatively. Additionally, we had issues with the refrigerator (that was never addressed), the washing machine was broken - and never fixed while we were there, the Keurig coffee machine was broken - also never addressed and the electric recliner was broken and basically unusable. My "complaint" is two fold, Vacasa didn't address our issues with resolution or timeliness, and I do think the owner of this rental would benefit by making some changes to the condo in terms of decor, appliances, furniture etc.

It was a beautiful area, Quite an Very well Maintained.Loved the keyless entry. You don't have to worry about locking it all the time,it automatically locks..It had an at home like atmosphere as soon as you entered.. We stayed a week a loved it..So many things close by to see and do..Great places to eat..Ya gotta go to Cowboys for dinner. Plantation Cafe is a Must for a Super breakfast.
