Bright and inviting condo with shared pools & tennis courts near the beach

The property itself is nothing exciting, but it's not terrible either. Unfortunately the roaches are out of control in this particular unit. The unit has a corporate neglected feel about it. The swimming pool was closed although the weather was nice enough to be using it, and the tennis courts closed at 6:00 p.m., which is way too early. The kitchen is really small and hard to maneuver in. And the dishwasher leaks across the kitchen floor, which is fun in the middle of the night with socks on. I really hated having to deal with Vacasa, and I will avoid renting any of their properties in the future.

We really enjoyed staying at this villa! In more than 20 years of vacationing in Sea Pines, this place ranks among our favorites. Even though it’s not super close to the beach, we didn’t mind a little extra exercise and really liked the convenience of being able to ride our bikes off the plantation as well. The villa is decorated cute, has comfortable beds, and a well appointed kitchen. We also loved the covered porch!! The only negative I can think of is that a few pieces of furniture could stand to be replaced or repaired, but nothing major. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely stay here again! 😊

Great condo. Great location. Great week. No complaints. We've stayed all over sea pines in the past. We usually stay closer to the beach, and have never been this close to the gate. I actually really loved the proximity to Harris teeter. Made it super convenient if you needed to run to the store for this or that. And the bike trail is still there; So we were able to bike all over sea pines just like usual. The screened in porch by the lagoon was perfection.

We enjoyed the scenic neighborhood, many large shade trees, pleasant quiet neighbors, nice swimming pool and sauna, a lagoon outback with plenty of wildlife to watch.
