We enjoyed the layout of the condo and the proximity to everything. Can’t beat the location - easy to walk to the beach and shops. Covered parking, elevator, and tennis courts were a plus.

We loved our stay at Hilton Head/Coligny Beach! The unit is perfectly located, a quick easy walk to the beach, shops and dining… 5 minute walk to get anywhere you need. Forest Beach Villas was a great facility, easy to navigate, we loved the pool and the lagoon which was full of wildlife, turtles, frogs, cranes, even a small alligator. The unit was beautifully decorated, layout was great, bathrooms were nice and kitchen was well equipped. We’re pretty laid back people so we hate to fuss but full disclosure, the cleanliness was lacking, bathroom trash cans were full, hair in the drains, quite a few dust balls rolling around, blood spot on the master comforter that didn’t look like it had been washed… dirty dishes in the cabinets, no broom in the unit so we could not sweep sand (the vacuum wasn’t picking it up). Also quite a few things were broken/not working optimally, like the dryer, it would only run for 10 minutes or so and shut off so we’d have to keep starting it and the back sliding door doesn’t latch, a pole is used to keep it shut/locked. Overall we WOULD stay here again, but hoping they improve their cleanliness make necessary repairs, especially considering the fees being paid for cleaning etc.
