Tile floors span the entire first floor. The kitchen, which is open to the dining and living rooms, features granite countertops, new cabinetry, and a separate breakfast area with seating for four. The living room offers free WiFi, a flatscreen TV, and access to the porch. The two bedrooms are located on the second floor. The master bedroom features a king bed, a flatscreen TV, a private balcony, and a private bathroom with a custom shower and vanity. The guest bedroom also features a private balcony and bathroom. From the Tennismaster Villas, a short walk or bike ride along a landscaped path will bring you to the beach! This property's license number is 26729. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. This house was great. The location to the beach was a 10 minute walk. And the beach was beautiful. We arrived after hours so we had to check in via the lock box. The instructions were clear but the walkway to the lockbox could have been better lit. I had to use the flashlight on my phone. We found the house very clean. It was just my husband and I so we only needed one bedroom but it was nice to have 2 full bathrooms on the upper level. As for the second bedroom- it has a triple bunk bed. The lowest bed is so low to floor and feels very close in that maybe a child would be comfortable but an adult would have issues. The room could easily fit two separate beds. The kitchen was very well equipped with pots, pans, lots of dishes and silverware. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. I would definitely recommend this location and would definitely stay here again.

The Shipyard is a nice community with a short walk to the beach. Overall, the condo was clean and the kitchen was well equipped.

This is a nice size condo and kitchen was well equipped. However, the king size bed is TERRIBLE! Caused back pains for both of us and very little sleep. This is not a cheap condo but no matter what the price there should be a good bed!!! The living room furniture is worn out and one of the bathroom tubs has duck tape covering a hole. We would definitely not recommend anyone stay here.
