Family-friendly condo with top-floor balcony, complex pools, tennis, pickleball

The Nest (181 Fiddlers Cove) was envisioned with family, safety, and comfort in mind, by a family who has stayed in many AirBNBs for holidays, vacations, and work. Our condo is right next to the gate for easy beach access, and a 4- minute walk to Folly Field Beach (on Trip Advisor's Hilton Head top 10 list). We have a beach wagon, chairs, cooler, umbrella, ice packs, travel mugs--everything you need for a day at the beach! On site there are two pools, 7 tennis courts, 4 pickleball courts, hot tub, gym, and more. We call it 'The Nest' because our balcony looks into the tree line and also because HHI is home to an average of 150 endangered sea turtle nests every year. We love the space because it is top floor (no one above us!), the kitchen is clean and functional for those nights when you just don't feel like dining out, and there are enough beds and sofa beds to fit 7 should a guest show up for a night. An in-unit washer and dryer is perfect for quick loads of laundry during an extended holiday and a wet bar accommodates your coffee needs and has a wine fridge for your beer, wine, and water. The dining room table has a leaf and extra bench so you can serve a larger group. For the little ones in your party we have a pack and go set, high chair, and even sippy cups and bowls. You'll sleep sound on our new mattresses and you'll love not having anyone above you walking around. On a recent afternoon, we counted 12 species of birds from the balcony, including the residential hawk we often see! We love not having folks above us, but this is your choice! You'll have two parking spaces during your stay. Access to the Hilton Head Trolley is right at the main entrance to the resort. Please be aware that the Plantations and Condominium Complexes do not allow trailers, motor homes, motorcycles and/or recreational vehicles and rooftop cargo (i.e. Kayaks, Canoes etc.) other than car top Carriers. Electric bikes are not permitted in the Plantations.
