Short stroll to lovely beach and to both fun stores and a good supermarket. Great main bedroom and bath. Lesser 2nd bedroom but nice to have 2 more double beds (have to keep blinds closed because window looks onto public space with 24/7 bright lights.).

The entire condo needs a complete renovation. There is nothing in it worth saving. The carpet is worn and dirty as is the tile flooring. The furniture is threadbare and dirty. The mattresses are a joke along with the sheets and comforters. Everything feels dirty. The bargain basement refrigerator belongs in a dorm room. The lighting is horrible with one broken lamp in the living room which sat on a table from the balcony. How you could have a million dollar condo in this building in this location and not care how it is furnished is beyond me. Don't waste your money, stay elsewhere! I feel bad giving it a one star rating, zero is more appropriate!!!!!!!!!!
