First Floor Condo near the beach with beach gear, washer and dryer, and pool

We had a great experience at this beautiful Shorewood property. The unit is very nice, in an outstanding location, in a beautiful condominium complex.

Location excellent. Condo is great. Fit our family of 6 adults perfectly.

This unit was perfect for us: clean, lower level, great views, heated pool in October, great communication, nice sheets, plenty of pillows and well equipped for cooking!

Could use a little love but overall good place.

107 Shorewood is an end first floor condo facing the beach. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms provided plenty of space for three adults and two kids. Kitchen was well stocked except for steak knives. Washer/ dryer, although older, were used several times during the week. Starter supply of laundry and dish washer soap helped although we brought our own to use as well. Beach chairs and sand toys were provided, which was greatly appreciated. Condo could use updating but was adequate for a beach vacation.

The condo is in a nice location and has plenty of seating and comfortable beds. The kitchen is well stocked except for any sharp knives-only one small paring knife. But cleaning left something to be desired. It was dusty, there were bobby pins and hair in one of the beds, and the floors, while looking nice, were very dirty. Our baby’s feet, knees and legs were black after spending time on the floor as were the feet of the adults. We had to wear shoes in the condo. There were also ant traps in the kitchen and main area that we had to remove since that is hazardous with a young one, plus not very appealing. The smoke alarm in the hallway and light/fan in one of the bathrooms were both falling out of the ceiling. The third bedroom tv didn’t work. The condo is just in need of some TLC. To end on a positive note, the sunrise can be seen from the deck and one evening there was a 4-point buck outside the condo in the grass.
