Internet was very bad. Disconnected constantly. When we got in the condo, (after 5pm) the TV mount with TV came off wall. I called first thing next morning for repair. The person who I was talking to made think it was going to be repaired same day. I asked for a window time frame. They could not give it to me. I called again in the early afternoon to see if they have a target time. Could not give it to me but they did tell me that they work Sunday. I received a call from management I believe Monday and the person said he did not get this repair request until Monday Morning. Service did come in to take care of the TV. Service guy was very nice, clean and fast. Lost three days of television in the living room were we all gathered. Back to Internet, we should have done a review on the room because we found out the previous renter expressed how bad the internet was. We have been coming down to the Island club for 38 years and never had internet problems until this rental. Internet in this room needs a major overhaul.

The unit is very close to the beach. Being on the first level, we used the gate from the back porch to go to the beach or pool. It wasn’t the largest unit we have stayed in but it easy accommodated our party of five.

Place was good. Newly renovated, but I feel like it was a rushed renovation….or just sloppy work. We’ve been staying in this building for years. This condo was good, but definitely been in better. Just needs some more TLC.

The bed was a terrible old mattress, no blankets, the couches were very old and falling apart. Wouldn’t recommend this unit

We had a very nice stay! The space was bright and access to the park and beach were fantastic! Being on the ground level was so convenient. The playground, bbq, and beach are visible from the balcony and a very short walk. The pool is not far either! The unit was tidy. The code provided for us to enter the unit was not correct. After travelling all day with young children we could not access the rental after 9pm. After calling vacasa and never reaching anyone to help we finally got help through the live chat, where someone eventually assisted us by providing the correct code. This was super unfortunate and frustrating. Internet was very weak and spotty. Despite there being a stated network for our unit 3104, this network never showed up (we reset modem etc.) and we primarily had to use vacasa internet, which requires signing in for each use. Despite the listing saying it could host up to 8 guests, our family of 5 did not have adequate seating. There were only 4 chairs at the dinner table, so someone always had to use a stool (which was too high to sit at the table) to be able to sit and eat together. Even with the stools, there were only 6 chairs. For being a beachfront rental, there was very little provided for travellers intending to enjoy the beach. Two frisbees and three camping chairs and a beach umbrella, without a screw in anchor for the beach were provided. Thankfully we had some of our own with us, but had we have flown in this would not have been ideal.
