2 bedroom condo with pools, hot tub, pickleball, tennis - near beach

Cleaning did not meet my standards by any means.. tVs were covered in dust. . There were dead bugs on the floor in the main bedroom and $200 cleaning fee was unjustified in my mind. There is a door from the main bedroom terrace has absolutely no lock on it. Rental agency cannot answer questions according units contents as they are un knowledgeable, including fundamentals as toilet paper asked toilet paper considerable situation. In the meantime, there was plenty of other as well as beach, chairs, and other things that should be known by the rental agency getting a hefty fee or renting this place.

Very nice. I would definitely recommend. It was exactly as described. Clean. Comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen. Lots of room. Pictures are accurate. It’s the last condo on the second floor of Neptune. Your walk to the beach is down one flight of stairs and the length of the building. Parking was full, but we always found a space near our stairwell. Hand soap for baths was not provided. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are bulk, pump bottles. Shared by previous and future visitors. May want to bring your own; it’s not quality soap. Kitchen starter kit was very good. We had plenty for our entire visit. This is a nice unit.

There were loads of recreational things to do, it unfortunately it was cold and rainy for our stay. The place was very clean and smelled very fresh when we arrived. I’d stay again.

Very relaxing and quiet. Short walk to the beach. Close to all amenities. Great condo.

My family rented 4 different condos during our stay at Island Club. This unit was by far the most dated of the four and more expensive than some of the other more updated units. When we arrived, the shutters in the master bedroom were broken and hanging off the window allowing zero privacy into the master bedroom. The guest full bed had a crater in the middle of the mattress. There was a mattress pad on top that seemed to be trying to cover it, however it was still seen and felt and wasn’t really conducive to more than one person trying to sleep on it. During our stay, the towel bar in the bathroom also broke and was coming out of the wall. Overall, this unit was very disappointing and did not seem to be well maintained. The other units were fabulous and we would definitely stay there again, but we would not book this particular unit again.

Loved that the place was big and spacious. Almost all the furniture and carpet is old so the place has a funny smell. The primary bedroom has an interior door handle open to the balcony and does not have a lock. The property appears safe however I wasn’t comfortable without a lock to the bedroom door to the balcony. The property has a pool and amazing access to the beach. With a few upgrades, this place would be a much better option.
