Charming condo near the beach with outdoor pool, tennis courts, balcony, WD, AC

Only difficulty was with the TV and getting the live channels, despite Spectrum service the fire stick kept on reverting to Amazon. Close to the beach, Tiki Hut, and Pope avenue. We were here for Wingfest and will return

This is a newly painted condo within walking minutes of Coligny Beach and the Coligny Beach shopping area. There are a lot of new furnishings, there’s fresh new paint and a completely remodelled bathroom with a wonderful walk-in shower. Lots of room for a great stay!

First, I have never given a rental a 2 star review. We have stayed in Forest Beach Villas in the past, and our stays have all been 5 star ratings, except for this unit. Pros: -Kitchen is stocked well with all of the cooking utensils, pots, pans, and coffee maker you'll need. There are no extras on hand (salt, pepper, etc, so bring your own) -The unit itself seemed clean. -The location is excellent. We didn't move our car for the entirety of our stay. Everything you need is within walking distance. It is a top floor unit which is a bonus. Cons: -This unit is located directly in front of Celebration Park. They have Friday and Saturday night concerts (in fall, at least, until 10pm. If you are early to bed, this rental is not for you! -The windows and door need to be redone. You can hear EVERY THING outside, day and night. Overall, this is a very old unit that needs some renovation. -The mattress on the bed AND pullout couch are old. The main bedroom mattress squeaks, loudly, if you breath. It was not peaceful sleeping. One of us tried to move to the pull out couch and that mattress is about 1.5" thick and you can feel every single spring and bar. -There was no blanket or comforter for the pull out couch either. (I ended up sleeping on top of the cushions under a bath towel) -The pull out couch has white stains on it and needs to be thoroughly cleaned. -We had a very unfortunate incident where another couple had access to this unit late in the evening. It appears that multiple people have the code to the digital access lock. There is no inside lock on the door so if someone has a code, they can enter! After this, we slept with chairs piled in front of the door because we were uncomfortable knowing multiple codes had access.

It was amazing and short walk to beach. Pool was awesome and had restrooms located right at pool! The room had a blender and coffee pot inside! Would definitely stay here again!

Short stay, unfortunately there were issues with the wifi making it very difficult to complete the evening work I needed to complete. Apartment was cozy and fit our needs. Thanks

Great place to stay! Super close to the beach, a nice pool area, and a clean and comfy room! Would definitely recommend.
