Coastal resort style villa with pool, golf, & balcony WD, AC, & dog friendly is described as a favorite stay that had everything guests needed for a great vacation. Guests appreciated the comfortable family room layout, the well-equipped kitchen, and the newer washer, dryer, fridge, TVs, and strong air conditioning. The villa was noted as clean, in great shape, and thoughtfully updated. Its location was especially valued for easy beach access and close proximity to golf. Guests also loved the beautiful golf course setting, scenic balcony views at night, and pleasant surroundings. Repeated praise highlighted the nice pool and the convenience of being dog friendly.

The coastal vacation you've been dreaming of awaits at this Hilton Head Plantation Club villa! Surrounded by swaying palms and the salty ocean breeze, the villa is composed of fabulous amenities like a shared pool, playground, and on-site golf course. Plus, you'll find bike rentals at the end of the parking lot. You're seven minutes (via the walk/bike path) to the Sea Pines Beach Club. Here, you'll also find umbrellas and beach chairs available for rent, a changing area, outside showers, and an excellent restaurant. There are numerous forest reserves, beaches, and locally owned shops to explore within minutes of the Plantation Club. The Sea Pines trolley will whisk you away to nearly all areas in Sea Pine for free. Access your fourth-floor villa via the convenient elevator. When you are ready to relax, settle down inside the centrally air-conditioned interior or kick back on your golf-view balcony. The living room boasts ample seating and a large smart TV, whereas the kitchen is well-equipped with stainless steel appliances and ample meal prep space. With personal TVs and soft linens in each of the bedrooms, no one's comfort goes unattended. A washer/dryer adds convenience during your stay. STR Permit no. 064714. We loved the proximity to the golf courses, we played Atlantic Dunes while we were there, but always love the proximity to the beach. The views from the balcony at night are amazing, and the family room is the perfect size to allow folks to watch tv while others play games at the dining room table!

Location great! Pool was nice. Views were beautiful. TV’s were nice! Washer, dryer, and fridge were nice and new. Bathrooms in particular could use updating. Air conditioning worked great! Property manager was very helpful and responsive.

The balcony view of the golf course was lovely. My husband spent hours outside reading. We brought our older dog who adapted in a couple of days to the elevator. This is a 4th floor unit so our sunrise view was lovely as was the view of the golf course and clubhouse. We were 5 minutes from the Beach Club which made this unit so convenient. We would rent again. A few updates would be great!!

Loved the view from this condo and its proximity to the beach. It’s an older unit but makes up for it in convenience and location. Nice surroundings. Well stocked kitchen. I was thankful for the fact it permits dogs. It helped not having to figure out boarding for the fur babies! I would stay here again and appreciated my home away from home over the past few weeks here. Thank you for a great stay!

This was our 4th time staying at PC446, and it was another great vacation. We love being on the golf course for evening walks, and the beach is a quick 5 minute bike ride away. The pool is never overcrowded and the villa is in great shape. The owners have put some money into updating, which is appreciated by return guest like us. We had one issue with the A/C on arrival, but Vacasa was quick to get someone out an fix- Thank you. We will definitely be returning.
