The 1st floor condo near the beach with pool, tennis, balcony, gym, streaming, WD was praised as a great value and a wonderful getaway, with guests saying it matched the photos and exceeded expectations. Guests found the space cozy, comfortable, and well laid out, with a very comfortable bed, comfy bedding, a strong cooling system, and a nicely stocked kitchen and household essentials. The condo was repeatedly described as very clean, immaculate, beautiful, and updated. Its location stood out for being exceptionally close to the beach, with easy access to parking, the boardwalk, and nearby dining and shopping. Guests especially loved the amazing ocean views, sunrise scenery, and relaxing balcony for coffee and weather watching. The resort setting was also appreciated for its pool, tennis, gym, family-friendly atmosphere, on-site dining, and convenient rinse-off area after the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay the property itself was very family oriented with lots of activities for kids. Overall the room was nice it’s a little annoying being right by the entrance steps but it wasn’t that big of a deal the bedroom definitely needs curtains because the outside hall light stays on all night and shines right in the room and the bunk beds didn’t have any kind of privacy curtains that’s the only reason for 4 stars

The unit may have been freshly painted but it was lipstick on a pig. The unit smelled of paint and mold and was desperately in need of a deep cleaning. the AC intakes and ceiling fans were disgusting, the windows and sills covered in dirt and cobwebs. The kitchen sink and toilet were rusted and needed to be replaced. The toilet did not work properly. The smoke detector was missing and outlet and wall switch covers were missing. These are all safety hazards! I have pictures of all these items

First, Vacasa dropped the ball by not emailing my stay information to the front desk for the facility. It did get fixed but took a three way phone call over 45 minutes to get resolved. Annoying after a long drive. Second, do not reserve this unit if you are a light sleeper. The bedroom wall is the exterior wall of the entire building and must be paper thin. You can hear every word, every footstep, every person washing their feet off at the beach access, everything. Anytime anyone goes up or down the stairs right outside it will shake the bedroom wall and the bed. The only respite you get is from around midnight to 5am. I could not get a decent night sleep here. Third, the unit is a bit strange because it feels like they've rented it right in the middle of renovations. New appliances, brand new dishes and pans but also old warped flooring (that caught my feet a few times), broken blinds, broken cabinet doors, broken light switch covers, peeling paint, etc. Overall, I would only recommend this unit if you value the extremely close beach access above all else. The bedroom is a deal breaker for me.
