This was a perfect condo for our family of four. It is nicely decorated and very clean. The location was quiet and steps from the pool. We would love to stay again in the future!

The property is a short 5 minute walk to the beach. There were two of us and there was plenty of room for the both of us. It was a rainy week, so we spent more time indoors than we had planned. This is our third year staying in the Dunes Villa complex. We come primarily for the proximity to the beach (5 minute walk) and Coligny Plaza (0.7 miles). One thing renters should be aware of is the photos on Vacasa’s website are outdated and don’t show what the property currently looks like. Not saying the outdated photos are purposefully misleading, but know that several things are different from the pictures. For example, there is not a double bed in the second bedroom as the website claims. It was not an issue for us, but if you were counting on that bed know it isn’t there. The kitchen has been slightly remodeled since the photo was taken. Also, there is a different couch and one less chair in the front room. Several of the wall decorations were different too. Again, we don’t think Vacasa is purposefully trying to mislead people, but if you are considering this unit and need places for your party to sit and sleep and basing your decision on the unit description, know there is actually less than advertised. Overall, for the two of us this unit was fine. It was very clean upon arrival and we didn’t have any serious issues during our stay. You do get half of the front porch / storage area on the ground floor which was nice.
