Updated coastal villa with pools, athletic courts, gym, smart TVs, AC, & W D

I like the view walking out to the beach.

It was comfortable for 6 people. Pretty long walk to access beach. I liked that it was located in a less congested area. Entrance roads could be better lit at night

We had a death in the family and were unable to complete our stay. Vacasa told us they were going to allow us to move the dates however they change their minds and told us they were sticking by their strict policy of no cancellations and no changes. I would never use this company again and I would advise anyone else to stay away from them.

The inside of the villa was nice but don't expect that it has been entirely renovated because there are still repairs that need to be done. Also, even though the pool is indoors be aware that while you soaking wet, you have to go outside and walk down a walkway to get to the elevator to get back up to your room.

Nice place

We have five children and this was a great, comfortable stay. Plenty of room in the living/dining areas. I liked that there were spare comforters in the closets. The boardwalk to the ocean is long but it’s very nice and it’s a lovely walk through the marsh to the beach. Also there is a shuttle at times if you wait. It was great to have an indoor pool for stormy weather. The unit was very clean when we arrived which is very important to me. It was cozy and had comfortable furniture and beds. And maybe some more hooks or drying rack for towels since there’s no dryer in the unit. A great stay!
