We enjoyed staying at this apartment since it’s close to the beach and has a nice pool. It’s clean and has a pretty view of the pond .

While this condo is great for its access to the beach and pool. There are certainly areas that need improvement. The WiFi is constantly going out and the twin bedroom has a tv and lamp placed on a wall without an outlet, so they are unable to be used unless you bring an extension cord. The condo needs additional kitchen items like a cutting board and new steak knives that can actually cut. In case you bring your own sheets like I do, the master has a king and not a queen as the description states. The homeowner has also setup their A/C to where it cannot be changed below 70. The only thing you can do is turn on the fans, if you are there in the summer I would recommend bringing your own standing fans.

This condo is in a great location. It's a short walk to the beach, just across the parking lot. I appreciated that there were two beach chairs to use so we didn't have to pack ours. I loved the balcony which overlooks the pond so we could watch the gator from afar. it's very peaceful. The two bedroom layout with bathrooms between for each room is great too. We would definitely stay here again.
