A spacious condo with community pool, hot tub, and oceanfront views

I was very pleased with the place we stayed. It was beautifully decorated with everything we needed. The owners did a great job making it feel like a special place, and we appreciated it. The building where we stayed had beautiful grounds as well, however, we were the unfortunate recipients of a full week of noisy tree cutting and lawn care that consumed every morning. I really wish we could have enjoyed the peacefulness of the ocean sounds that others have experienced. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay.

My wife, 3 year old son, mother and I enjoyed our weeklong stay. The views from the balcony were great and the outdoor furniture made for the perfect breakfast/coffee spot in the mornings. The beach was not nearly as crowded as other areas on the island but just enough people to interact with and make new friends. The pool and especially the kids pool was very nice and appeared to be cleaned every day we were there. The grounds were exceptional and overall felt like a very safe place for a family. The parking garage is great and we were able to find a spot there all but 1 day. Palmetto Dunes Resort was exceptional and we prefer it to Sea Pines. Just enough to do but not overly crowded. The general store is great for picking up any necessities without leaving the resort. Grounds throughout Palmetto Dunes were maintained and exceptional. The only downside to our stay was leaving! We plan to be stay at 4209 many more times in the future and highly recommend it to small families or couples.

We thoroughly enjoyed another 2 week stay at 4209. Already booked for another 2 weeks in 2026. Unit was just as fabulous as the prior years. Very clean upon arrival, furnishings all in great condition. Love the view from the balcony. Utilized the fully stocked kitchen and very helpful with the new washer and dryer. We only wish we could visit more often.

This unit is tastefully furnished with many upgrades, especially in the kitchen which was very well equipped. The king bed is very comfortable. We really enjoyed the large balcony and the views it had of the ocean, sunrises, and wildlife in the landscape below - deer, bunnies, and turtles. The location in Palmetto Dunes is very convenient and close to many restaurants, Kroger Grocery, etc. The unit overlooks the pool area as well and the fountains in the shallow pool were fun to hear in the background. We would definitely return to this unit.

All around a wonderful stay!

This is our second time staying in this home and we loved it both times. It is very clean, beautifully decorated, great view of the ocean, and very comfortable.
