Family-Friendly Villa with Deck, Pool, & Hot Tub - Beach Nearby

Convenient location, beautiful villa, close to pool.

This is our second year staying in this unit. Unfortunately, it needs some work. Tile floor in kitchen not clean looking, and we found multiple roaches during our stay (one in kitchen, one in family room). Both times Vacasa was notified, no resolution or true follow up. Location is great, short bike ride to beach. Pool is close and large compared to other places we have stayed in shipyard. I hope the property makes updates soon so we can return. My small kids love the bunk beds.

This is a very nice unit in a good location. Somewhat dated, but not bad. Everything worked and the unit was clean. Floors were definitely mopped, area rugs were broom cleaned, but need a to be scrubbed. Internet was ok, would freeze up occasionally, but good overall. At the price, this is a great stay and we would return for sure.

Great location and nice amenities.

Landscaping, parking, and nearby amenities, and pools were very nice. BUT, the king size bed was like sleeping on the floor with springs in your back, pillows were thin and unsupportive, dishes and utensils were really dirty, furniture covers were stained and gross, sliding glass patio door was hard to open and close, no view of anything from front or back porch and patio, 10-minute walk to the beach, and Orkin showed up to treat inside the unit while we were there but rescheduled when I said no thanks! Overall Meh!
