The stairs are leaning 1 1/2 inches on one side. Be careful walking up and down. Top stair landing has rotted wood, with a rug to cover it up, nice trip hazard. Room smells like mildew and mold. We burned candles in several rooms the entire stay. Ceiling are molded and huge cracks in bathrooms . The worst part is is infested with cockroaches. Not water bugs, cockroaches. We called to complain . There is a list in the cabinet that show orkin comes once a month for 2 years.They sent out a man who put plastic bait traps on flooring in the bedrooms and one in front of washing machine. They are crawling in the kitchen even in daylight . To make matters worse, They will wake you up crawling on you in bed. Unacceptable for a place you would spend thousands of dollars on for vacation. Daughter got a motel 7 minutes away. Spent less money and no bugs. I would not recommend this particular room to anyone .

This place was great. Could be good for families as it’s really close to the beach with two bedrooms and 3 beds.

House is well maintained and comfortable. All necessary accommodations were available; such as shampoo, soap, dishwasher and laundry detergent, etc. The porch was well stocked and plenty of seating area. Much appreciated!
