(Due to the re-plaster work, there may be times when the hot tub is not available.) All pools are scheduled to re-open on March 2, 2024 (date subject to change due to construction). The heaters for both the lap and kiddie pools will stay on during the spring until the weather changes. The heaters will be turned back on in the fall, depending on the weather.

Upon arrival we were told that one of the bathrooms had a leak and the shower would not be accessible. I didn’t think it would be a big deal until we saw that the shower door was blocking the bathroom. Our 2/2 Condo became a 2/1 with a plumbing stench. The manager came by and moved the shower door, but it still brought us down to 1 bathroom. I asked if we could change properties. She assured me this was the best one and that we would be compensated. I’ve tried calling her and I have not received a response and it’s a week later. We have 3 kids and zero bathtub. Also the shared bath was inside the primary room, making the shower availability awkward and annoying. It wouldn’t be such a big deal had we not paid top dollar for this issue.

My family of 6 stayed here for a week and absolutely loved it. When we walked in I was amazed at how clean it was. Everything was spotless! The kitchen was stocked with great pots, pans, utensils, etc Great bath towels too! I loved having the washer right in the kitchen - it was the first time that I went home from vacay with all my clothes cleaned! The beds were super comfy and they had the softest blankets! My daughter slept on the pullout couch and she literally said her favorite parts of the trip were going to the beach and sleeping on the pullout couch haha! Sitting out on the porch overlooking the water was so peaceful. The beach access couldn’t have been closer and made it easy for my husband to lug all of our stuff. The beach was great too! If you looked to either side of us it was super crowded but our section of the beach was nice. Everyone lined their tents up at the back of the sand and there was only 1 row, now a 2nd. The pool was wonderful - my 1 & 3 year old LOVED the kiddie pool (1 ft deep with a mushroom waterfall and fountains (or water lasers as my 3 year old called them). And Patty’s porch to sit on right by the pool was fantastic. We sat out on it and ate dinner twice while we were there. All in all it was an absolute fantastic vacation with the perfect location. I’d absolutely recommend to anyone 10/10!!!

Very close to the ocean and pool. Very well decorated. Close to the stairs and elevator.We felt very safe there and let our teenage kids wander around in pairs without worrying for their safety.
