The condo itself was great. Super location, clean, close to restaurants and shopping, easy access to the beach, and great ocean views from the living room. Be wary of off season rentals though. Two of the last 3 years we have run into issues at Shorewood in February. 3 years ago we rented a unit on the 4th floor only to find out upon arrival that the elevator was being repaired. Vacasa never said a word to us. We found out when we pulled into the parking lot. This year the beach was being replenished which meant 2 days of the constant rumble of bulldozers when they moved forward and the beep, beep, beep as they backed up. It would have been tolerable except for the fact that they worked 24 hours per day! Again, no notification from Vacasa just another vacation surprise. We love Shorewood but it would be nice if Vacasa would advise customers in advance when major disruptions are going to occur.

This is the fourth time we have stayed at 410 Shorewood so obviously we love it! The view is spectacular from the living room & balcony/master bedroom. The property is super clean as well. Being right near Coligny square allows us to walk to restaurants, shops, & to get ice cream. We will definitely be back!!

Perfect spot for a trip with our teenage daughter. Loved chilling by the huge window in the morning before making our way to the beach. Easy access, not crowded and a huge amount of space. Each night we walked to dinner. Loved the convenience. Would recommend!
