Great location, easy walk to the beach. Bathrooms have a nice upgrade. Kitchen could use a makeover, but everything was functional and had most essentials stocked. Bed was comfortable and we appreciated the ability to adjust the air to our preferred setting at night. Overall cleanliness was good. Perfect for a couple getaway.

Have booked this villa many times due to the quiet and fairly private location overlooking the pond and golf course. Property is always kept in wonderful condition and we’ve never been disappointed.

"Beachwalk 142 provides a spacious and well-equipped property, featuring a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, and a lovely view overlooking the golf course. However, our stay was affected by several issues. The floor is severely sloped on one side of the unit, causing the front door to not close properly. The wooden deck and railings showed signs of wear, with loose spindles and railings requiring repair. Additionally, the cleaning was subpar—the couch was covered in dog hair, and juice boxes, dog biscuits, and bones were left underneath, and the rug had not been vacuumed (full of sand) prompting us to vacuum and clean upon arrival. The sun umbrella on the deck was also old and torn, further detracting from the outdoor experience. While Vacasa promised to refund the cleaning fee and pet deposit, we have not received it to date. Despite these issues, the property itself has features and charm that could appeal to some guests."
