Davis House

Well kept house for a smaller group. A/c wasn't working properly when we arrived. Dwell took care of it quickly. We also enjoyed the rare (on Edisto) sheets and towels being included. 3 steps to main floor is also a rarity on the island. We really enjoyed that feature. The porch was really nice and spacious, but have to go upstairs to enjoy. Pretty new appliances in the kitchen and well equipped. Some of the stainless pans need replacing (or sandblasting lol). I do understand that a lot of people don't know how to cook on stainless cookware, which is why they are like that. Walkway to beach was nice. Would definitely stay again when just my family.

The location was great and we loved the front porch, screen porch and the walkway to the beach.

We had a fantastic time at The Davis house. The ramp is perfect for a wheelchair and pulling wagons full of sand toys and fishing supplies. The upstairs bedrooms are very small and not great for families with babies and toddlers but the porch is wonderful. We will be back.

Location was good.few steps was great.

The upstairs porch is awesome for viewing the ocean and reading.

We loved that the house wasn’t elevated and that right outside the sliding glass doors was the deck and walkway that goes straight to the beach. The house was very clean and comfortable. We would stay there again.
