Spend your days swimming in the condo's shared pool, followed by cookouts prepared over the private gas grill. Al fresco meals can be enjoyed on the spacious deck, complete with an umbrella for extra sun protection. Inside, you'll feel right at home amidst the living room's soft seating and large Smart TV. The condo's well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, whereas the wooden dining table is perfect for family-style meals, as well as, board game nights. Before you settle down for the day, be sure to visit Coligny Beach Park, Harbour Town Golf Links, the Harbour Town Lighthouse, and the Coastal Discovery Museum. Before bed each evening, tune the central air-conditioning to your liking and crawl under the soft linens, available in each of the rooms. House Rules Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Home was nice and clean but sliding door in master bedroom on 3rd floor did not seat properly allowing hot air into the room causing it to be very uncomfortable at night while trying to sleep

We’ve stayed in this complex several times as the location is great and affordable considering the space of the units and the amenities available. First time in this particular unit and first time in a 3BR unit here. There was plenty of space for our crew of 6, including 4 teens, to comfortably spread out. The unit is furnished well and the dining table was great for dinners and game nights. We appreciated the beach wagon in the closet as the one we brought broke on the first day. It’s a short walk to the beach with access to private bathrooms. Close to Coligny and our kids love riding bikes around town, getting coffee, ice cream, shopping, etc. Enjoyed the 2 pools onsite. Things to note: the dishwasher is terrible, full of rust, and we ended up handwashing dishes all week. The food containers provided didn’t have matching lids, just an inconvenience. The master bed was super hard and we had a difficult time sleeping.
