Great Location, Great unit amenties

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was within easy walking distance of the beach. The living areas were spacious and the master suite was comfortable. In addition, the kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils making meal preparation a breeze. We highly recommend.

Very close to the beach with easy access. One access has no stairs so it’s easy to get your bike to the beach workout lifting it up and down stairs. Villa is large, furnishings seem new and in good condition and the kitchen is well supplied.

Is a great complex with the 2 pools and the ocean access. Really enjoyed the lagoon view with the occasional alligator and the different wildlife. The condo had everything that was needed and more. Comfortable and quiet made for a great vacation.

This condo is well furnished and the kitchen is heavily stocked with cooking items. Plenty of dishes etc. There is plenty of lighting in the unit and the master bedroom offers privacy for a couple if traveling with other family members or older kids. The condo had books, cards and games as well as the many tv's with Roku. Turtle Lane is a suburb community and this was a great place to stay in. I have stayed at Turtle Lane in other units over the course of many years and this unit was as nice as any. I enjoyed my week and would stay here again. Thanks for great vacation.

Mid-week a VACASA repair man entered the condo without making contact first. No phone call or email to let us know someone was coming. One female was in the house resting that afternoon and didn’t hear him knock, if he did, maybe due to the house next door being re-roofed. He was inside the house when she opened her bedroom door. He said he was there to change batteries. She told him to leave and he did. He didn’t have a uniform on or show a VACASA badge. He was in a car that wasn’t marked VACASA. This house doesn’t have any interior door locks. Bedroom doors or bathroom doors. We had stayed here before and never thought twice about the lack of interior door locks until that night. (Creepy.) We love the house, just a bad experience this time. The VACASA staff that this was reported to was a bit dismissive when the complaint was made to them in person.
