Steps to the sand Dog Friendly 1 mile to Coligny

We had a great stay at this house. The location to the beach and to Coligny Square were perfect! The house was very clean and neat and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable as was the living room furniture too. There is plenty of space with the 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Even though it was a little cold there, we enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch. The new deck was wonderful in the warm sunlight and the new outdoor shower looks great (too cold to use it)! Overall this is a great house and we would stay again.

We had eight of us for a family vacation, and we really enjoyed the beach and our proximity to it, the bike trail and Coligny Beach. While the house had enough rooms, beds and bathrooms for all of us, it was lacking in almost every other way. TVs were locked and had to be reset, beds were sloppily made and not quite comfortable, not enough extra linens or bathroom amenities, the washer and dryer were noisy and ineffective, the furniture was old and uncomfortable, and the whole place was extremely dirty. Maybe some sand is expected, but the floors had not been cleaned for quite some time. No excuse for that. All in all, we'll be back to HHI, but we won't rent this house.

Great location and amenities. The outdoor shower is amazing, especially for getting littles cleaned up after a day at the beach. Easy walk to both the beach and nearby restaurants. 10/10

The overall spaciousness of the rental allowed all of our guests comfort moving around the house and using all of the amenities comfortably. Between the screened in porch, and the laundry room, everything in the rental was appreciated. Would love to visit again.

The radius of the beach accessibility! It was the highlight of our stay

The selling point on this home is the location. It's a super-short walk to the beach ... either down Pelican or Osprey. You can hop on the bike trail and be at Coligny in minutes. The house itself is totally adequate and what we are used to for a summer beach rental. A little dated. Not quite enough seating for the number of people the house can hold. The kitchen has lots of pots, pans, etc., but needs organization to create space to put away groceries, etc. Plenty of plates, bowls, etc., which was a real blessing! The screened in porch was my favorite spot first thing in the morning with a cup of coffee or in the evening while the kids cooked dinner. (The benefit of having adult children!) And the fact that full-size shampoo/conditioner/body wash were in all of the bathrooms was a welcome surprise!
