As a pet friendly unit, I found it very clean! No major smells/stains. The appliances are all in excellent shape, we appreciated the updated bathrooms, and a full size washer/dryer. The only issue we faced was noisy neighbors above us, being that this is a first floor unit. You can hear stomping/furniture moving, so if you are sensitive to noise I would consider else where. We loved the proximity to the beach, and would like to stay here again in the future.

Appreciate the updates that have been done in the kitchen and new appliances. Both bathrooms have been updated very nicely as well. Bed in the master bedroom is comfortable. The back deck space was a favorite place to hang out and nice to get the morning and early afternoon sun. The only suggestion is that comfortable living room furniture would be nice but would stay there again.
