Oceanfront villa just remodeled, steps from the beach, sizable pool, and hot tub! Pristine, comfy condo lets you go to sleep to the sound of the waves. Scenic ocean views from every room and balcony. This oceanfront villa has two sides accessible through separate doors. The A side includes fully equipped kitchen, living room with flatscreen TV and queen-size sleeper sofa, and a master bedroom with a king-size bed. Flatscreen, vanity, and private bathroom with tiled, walk-in shower. The B side of the villa includes a guest bedroom with two full-size beds and a private bathroom with walk-in shower. Free Wi-Fi and cable TV. On the ground floor, you’ll find many amenities, including a seasonally heated pool, plenty of lounge chairs, hot tub, and baby pool as well as outdoor grills, fitness center, indoor pool, a picnic deck, and a private boardwalk to the beach. A short walk to the Fazio golf course and tennis courts. The Villamare condo community is known for its luxuriant and beautifully kept landscaping. Part of the Palmetto Dunes Plantation of Hilton Head Island, the development is walkable and has meandering bike paths as well. You’ll be mid-island, close to golf, tennis, pickleball, theater, and excellent restaurants. Boutiques, cafes, bars, and nightclubs are all near Villamare. Cute property. We loved riding bikes everywhere. Loved being right on the beach. The pools were nice. The view is great. Could stock with a few more things (towels, cleaning supplies, kitchen items). We enjoyed our stay.

Our family of 6 stayed comfortably in this property in late May/early June. The views are incredible! From every window & balcony, you are looking over the adult pool & have a perfect view of the beach. At night, you can hear the surf from the beds! Going back & forth from the beach to the pool was as easy as it gets, and we used the grilling area to cook, eat & play cards & it was wonderful. Close to Kroger/Publix & anywhere else you may need to go. Highly recommend!

We have stayed at this location before and were very happy to be back. The unit is clean, well laid out, beautiful view of the water, and in ear shot of the surf all night long. If you like to cook, as we do, very well appointed kitchen! The pools and hot tubs are great. They were working on the indoor pool and hot tub/sauna area when there, but expect it also will be done well. The site is in the center of the island, with easy access to great shopping, restaurants and golf courses. Overall, would book this again without a doubt.

We loved the adult pool and hot tub and the grill area. The unit had wonderful views of the beach and ocean from every window. The shades In the living room were great and allowed viewing both sunrise and sunsets a treat. Highly recommend this rental!
