A masterpiece of style and design, the open interior showcases vaulted ceilings, hardwood flooring, and comfortable, coastal chic furniture, as well as an in-home elevator for added convenience. A center island with seating anchors the well-equipped kitchen - complete with quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances, while an ornate chandelier illuminates the adjacent dining nook. The kitchen sink even boasts a reverse osmosis water filtration system, meaning fresh water is always available to you. You’ll find more space to serve home-cooked meals in the gorgeous dining room. There’s also a living area with a TV on both floors (there is a 70” TV in the main floor living room), providing ample space for families or large groups to spread out. Upstairs, you’ll find a second main bedroom with a private en suite (shower/tub), the bunk room, and another bedroom with two double beds. Streaming services are available using your own account. The home residential elevator only services the first floor. The pool can be heated for an additional charge. There is a two-night minimum on pool heating which must be arranged through the rental office.
