This lovely first-floor condo is nestled among the beautiful live oaks and palmettos in the picturesque Wyndham Ocean Ridge Resort. The back deck offers a front-row seat on the Plantation Course's 18th tee box and fairway, perfect for taking in the abundant wildlife like herons, egrets, turtles, and more. This condo is just what you need for an unforgettable getaway to unwind and experience the kind of relaxation that can only be found on Edisto Beach. Enjoy one of Wyndham's three pools, playground, and fitness center at an additional fee. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This vacation rental is located inside of the Wyndham Ocean Ridge Resort. Boats, trailers, motorcycles, mopeds, campers, RV's, and golf carts are not allowed inside of the resort. Wyndham amenities are available for purchase for an additional fee from the Wyndham Cafe but there is NO GUARANTEE due to limited passes per day. Wyndham Amenities are shared pools, tennis, gym fitness room, mini golf, playground, and Beach Cabana.
