Stay in one evening and make a feast for your small group in the beautiful kitchen, or walk to one of the restaurants located less than a block away. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. The Retreat community pool is open seasonally and is generally closed from October - April. Smoking is strictly prohibited on-site.

Clean, beautiful and perfectly situated! Close to the beach, the shops and pier, the park and everything else. Absolutely perfect and we can't wait to return to it!

Wow, we loved everything about this place. The king size bed in the master bedroom had to be the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Three nice big bedrooms, each with their own personal bathroom. A well-stocked kitchen. Nice living room and TVs everywhere, and a beautiful little wrap around deck which unfortunately we were not able to enjoy because it was cold the week we were there. But wow, we loved this beautiful condo and will definitely come back. Great location and walking distance to several restaurants or the grocery store. We had a great time!

The house was clean! The bedding was not comfortable. There was possible hurricane and Vacasa was unwilling to change dates as that is their policy even though they had availability at other dates. I think this is a bit rigid and will not rent from them for that reason. We had stayed at this condo before and really like it.The condo needs some updated frying pans. Even though there was a tropical storm the first twin days we enjoyed our stay.

We loved the short stroll to the beach, sleeping amenities, number of bathrooms, appliances, and swimming pool. Eager to return to this villa with our family of six next time we vacation on Edisto Island!
