The house was clean, had great character and was very welcoming. It fit all of our needs for our family and was kid friendly for our little ones. We loved our stay!

We loved the location not far from 1700 beach access. We found around 30 shark teeth in 2 half days. The house was clean and the den furniture was so comfortable. This was our first stay in this rental and we would recommend it and we will stay here again. We ate delicious flounder at the Waterfront and Roxbury Mercantile. Breakfast is always delicious at the Seacow.

The house is much older looking than the pictures show. The furniture is from the 1980's and stained. Black mold growing from the kitchen and bathroom ceilings. The yard is unkept and millions of mosquitos keep you from going outside. I would never stay there again.

As a party of 4 retired adults, we were all very comfortable and loved the roominess in the house. We loved the beach vibe, the roominess, multiple porches, privacy, ease of parking, proximity to the beach, kitchen, and king size beds. We all agreed we would stay there again.
