Location was great, direct view of the ocean. Bed was super comfy, shower was nice. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and shopping! Definitely would stay here again. Highly recommend.

I'm an Airbnb and vrbo owner myself with honeymoon cabins in Gatlinburg/Pigeon forge so I'm experienced with overnight rentals. First of all the location of this condo is unbeatable. Did I even mention the view? The view is stunning. You just walk out to the balcony and there you have the beach in front of your eyes. The path to the beach is a very short path like 1-2 minutes , not like other resorts that you have a long stretch path to get there. Outside of breakers inn is filled with souvenir shops and Coligny plaza is right across the street. It's a 2-3 minute walk and your within walking distance of everything. The condo: very clean. It has basic decoration nothing fancy , but what else do you need. Its not outdated as I read on other reviews. I think since those reviews they updated everything. The bathroom and shower are very modern with a walk in shower and glass doors. The bed is very comfy. They have 2 large screen TVs. The kitchen area someone said you had to bring your own pots, pans, drinking glass because there were none. That is a lie. They have glassware, some pots and pans, silverware. They leave you a small starter package with some essentials to get your trip started. One other advantage of this condo is it's the last one on the hall. So you basically don't hear people walking in front of it. There is an elevator on premises and the stairs are right next to the condo. Oh I forgot to mention Vacasa. I had never booked through them before. Easy as it could be. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Vacasa offices are just 0.7 miles away from Condo. I arrived at after hours at midnight and I was worried. They left my package just as the email explained I got it out with the code they sent me.
